Refund & Returns Policy
At Subnoxa, we are committed to delivering dependable digital products and professional services with clarity, care, and customer satisfaction in mind. As our offerings are primarily digital and are often processed, activated, or delivered shortly after purchase, all refund and return requests are subject to the policy outlined below.
By placing an order with Subnoxa, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Returns Policy.
1. General Policy
All products and services offered by Subnoxa are digital in nature. For this reason, refunds are not automatically available once an order has been confirmed, processed, delivered, activated, or substantially fulfilled.
Refunds may only be considered in limited circumstances, including:
- failure to deliver the purchased service as promised,
- a verified technical issue originating from the provider’s side,
- or an order that cannot be fulfilled due to reasons beyond the customer’s control.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as:
- change of mind,
- lack of usage,
- misunderstanding of the service before purchase,
- accidental purchase,
- or personal preference after successful delivery.
2. Digital Products and OTT Subscription Services
(Including Netflix subscriptions and other streaming services)
Refund Eligibility
Because OTT and streaming subscriptions are digital access-based services, refund requests are accepted only within a strictly limited period and only where there is a verified provider-side issue.
- Monthly subscriptions: Eligible for refund request within 72 hours of delivery, only if the service has a confirmed technical fault or cannot be used as promised.
- Yearly subscriptions: Eligible for refund request within 5 days of delivery, only if there is a verified provider-side issue or a major technical problem that prevents proper access or usage.
Conditions for Consideration
A refund request for OTT or subscription-based products may be reviewed only when:
- the issue is reported within the applicable timeframe,
- the issue is verified by our team,
- and the problem is not caused by the customer’s device, internet connection, region, misuse, or unauthorized account changes.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be approved if:
- the subscription was delivered successfully,
- the account or service functioned after delivery,
- the customer no longer wishes to continue using the service,
- the service was purchased without reviewing the plan details,
- the issue arose due to customer-side misuse,
- or the customer violated any service usage rules.
Support and Replacement Before Refund
For all OTT and subscription-based products, Subnoxa reserves the right to provide troubleshooting, support, correction, or replacement before approving a refund.
If the issue is resolved through support or replacement, the order will be treated as successfully fulfilled and will no longer qualify for refund.
Returns
As digital subscriptions cannot be physically returned, all OTT and subscription products are considered non-returnable once delivered.
3. Digital Services
(Web Development, Boosting Services, Digital Marketing)
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for digital services are assessed individually and with careful review.
A refund may be considered only if:
- the service has not yet started,
- the order cannot be completed due to a failure from our side,
- or there is a material failure to deliver the agreed service.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- completed services,
- partially completed work already delivered,
- delays caused by the client,
- lack of communication, content, or approval from the client,
- changes in project scope after work has started,
- or dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste where the agreed service has already been provided.
Where work has already begun, Subnoxa reserves the right to deduct charges for time invested, completed work, resource allocation, and service-related costs before considering any partial refund.
Service Cancellation
If a customer wishes to cancel a service order, the request must be made before work begins. Once a project is in progress, only a partial refund, if any, may be considered depending on the stage of completion.
4. Refund Request Window
To maintain fairness for both our customers and our business, all refund requests must be submitted within the following periods:
- Monthly OTT subscriptions: within 72 hours of delivery
- Yearly OTT subscriptions: within 5 days of delivery
- Digital services: within 7 days of order confirmation, provided the service has not been fully completed or delivered
Requests submitted outside the applicable review window will not be eligible for refund consideration.
5. Refund Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed manually by our support team.
To submit a refund request, customers must provide:
- order details or payment proof,
- registered email address or contact information,
- and a clear explanation of the issue.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. All decisions are subject to verification and final review by Subnoxa.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days through the original payment method or another appropriate method selected by Subnoxa.
Please note that payment gateway fees, transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or other third-party deductions may be excluded from the final refundable amount where applicable.
7. Right to Refuse Refund
Subnoxa reserves the full right to decline any refund request if:
- the request falls outside the permitted timeframe,
- the claim is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading,
- the service has already been successfully delivered or used,
- or there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of service terms.
